Terms & Conditions for Participant's Booth Space
1. CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE: This Contract becomes binding and effective only when it has been agreed to by PARTICIPANT through online registration, e-mail, fax, or mail. We may refuse acceptance of any contract for any reason. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, CMF may cancel this Contract at any time without liability. CMF reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the event. CMF reserves the right to deny space to any category/industry type when a certain number of booths (decided by CMF) in that category have been reached. PARTICIPANT grants permission to CMF to use Participant's name and/or logos for promotional purposes in connection with the show or other shows produced by CMF. In addition, CMF is not an insurer of Participant's business performance, success, attendance levels or Participant's property.
2. SUBLETTING OF SPACE: Space contracted for herein may not be transferred, assigned, sublet or shared with others without written permission of CMF. If this term is violated, booth will be immediately shut down with no refund given.
3. BOOTH PLACEMENTS: Priority for space selection will be given to all Sponsors. CMF will assign booth space based on signed contract date AND payment made in full as required by CMF. However, CMF reserves the right to make alternative placements at any time. CMF shall be the final authority in assigning space. CMF in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right and privilege to re-assign a Participant to another space without penalty should it be in the best interest of the event. CMF further reserves the right to add, alter or delete from the event's floor plan at any time in its sole discretion.
